Break Ground in Miami
Aston Martin the iconic British automotive brand and global property developer G&G Business Developments broke ground on the new Aston Martin Residences at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Miami. The announcement shows Aston Martin is continuing to bring its design and performance expertise to a wide range of projects.
The Aston Martin Residences at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way will be in a brand-new building of curved glass and steel that will rise on one of the last parcels of developable land on the Downtown Miami waterfront. According to advanced reports, the Aston Martin Residences will be made condominiums that are designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miami Anger.
Aston Martin’s design team, led by EVP and Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman, will design the interior and amenity spaces throughout the development. Key Aston Martin design elements, such as the signature carbon fiber reception desks, will adorn each of the tower’s two private lobbies. Highlight features will include doors with bespoke artisan Aston Martin handles, number plinths and kestrel tan leather door tabs.
